Saw a car that I liked on Autotrader. Spoke to Chris on a wet and rainy Sunday afternoon complaining about being car-less and hoping the car was available. By the Thursday afternoon I was driving off the forecourt with my new car. I could sing my praises about the service I received from Chris and his team but I’m not Beyoncé and wouldn’t be able to do it justice. From the beginning until the end of the transaction and when I received a follow up call, I knew that this dealership prides itself on service, professionalism and quality vehicles. I’m really happy with my purchase. I was offered an extended warranty cover, which I think is important with a used car. The costs were outlined and how I can claim. The Warranty includes breakdown cover which is brilliant. I met the manager who thanked me for my business. I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience from start to finish, had Elliot show us around after previously explaining what we was looking for and had cars picked out and prepped ready for us to look around and test drive, a very in depth overview and explanation of the Mercedes we left with and a good test drive too prior to that. Then had all the paperwork done with both Elliot and mark with a cup of coffee, couldn’t recommend these guys enough, wide variety of quality cars and the best service!
