Dpd has to be the worst service. Left parcels in numerous DPD pickup point. The drivers dont even show up to collect. When i asked at the counter in all pickup points they say the drivers come as they please there's no fixed daily collection. Wont be using DPD anymore. Had same issue with Matalan. The counter was not even bothered. Dreadful.
