Four weeks to the day I phoned the surgery to ask if I could have a referral to our local fracture clinic after breaking my finger. I get a call, after I have sorted it myself. Absolutely disgusting as my fracture has almost healed. I'm so glad it wasn't more serious.

Rang at 8am and no appointments left by the time we got through I understand the pressure primary care are under but to refuse to see a 6 month old baby with oral thrush that has already been struggling over the weekend is disgusting. Would take a Doctor 2 minutes to look at a photo or see face to face and do a prescription. Already tried the pharmacy but they were unable to prescribe.

The receptionists need training on the new symbols for NHS free Flu Vaccines I was told i were not eligible yet during an appointment I was told I was. It turned out the little symbol that lets them know if somebody is or is not has now changed. Please sort this out as it caused a lot of stress and anxiety for me worrying I would get the flu and makes me wonder how many others like myself got told similar about theirs or even worse something else they should be eligible for. Surely all staff should be fully trained and with clear knowlege. This has not being the first time it has happened nor am I the first it has happened I've heard a few times of it happening.

I moved to this practice almost 20 years ago and i have never regretted it. I always get a same day appointment and the Doctors are very thorough and knowledgeable. My mum has recently moved too and so has my Grandad. Complaints that had my grandad housebound and deteriorating were neglected by previous Doctor. These have now been diagnosed and addressed by Brookroyd and he is now improving within just 2 weeks of being with Brookroyd. Would definitely recommend.

I have been with Brookroyd for 16 years and cannot fault the service I have received for many acute health issues. Every member of staff from reception and clerical to nurses and doctors have been great. Dr Myers is excellent and one of the best GP's I've ever seen, sadly now retired. I have also seen Dr Ghosh on several occasions and more recently Dr Malloy who are also both great. Unfortunately I have now moved to Bradford so had to leave the surgery but I would recommend to anyone.
