Cherry Tree Surgery

My experience been at cherry tree surgery how I was treated after hitting my head in a physio session a large wooden unit that shouldn’t of been behind the plinth caused me a head and neck injury then to fall off and have serious injuries I didn’t even know straight away as the physio didn’t get a doctor come check me out is disgustingly unprofessional and even worse for the physio to lie about it was in humain then to be kicked off the doctors records by the owner shows ur not a reliable surgery at all u won’t get away with how uve treated me as a patient more than unprofessional u get injured in a surgery u should be checked on site by a doctor not sent off and having to go to a n e to get checked out definitely not a safe surgery for any Patient especially how I’ve been treated by cherry tree surgery and proof of the permanent injuries ur unsafe surgery has caused me! shocking and the worst surgery I’ve ever been to.!! Not a surgery I’d recommend to anyone especially the way ur treated and left with serious injuries like I’ve sustained thanks to the unprofessionalism of cherry tree surgery!

This GP surgery is outstanding, I am always able to get an appointment for myself or my child and the staff/nurses/doctors are lovely and genuinely caring people. They always call or text to check up & keep me up to date with my diabetes reviews.

Having lived in different parts of the county, I can honestly say that this surgery is head and shoulders above any other. You can always get through on the phone within minutes, you get an appointment more often than not on the day but always within a few days if not serious. Appointments are quickly followed by next stage treatment, be that a scan, physiotherapy or test results. Staff are really helpful, Doctors take time to understand your problems, you don't feel as if you are on the clock and just another patient. Can't speak highly enough of the practice, keep up the great work

Have been with surgery for 20 years now. All the staff work extremely hard, especially the reception staff. All the Doctors have expert knowledge. Would recommend this surgery to anybody who needs a GP. Never have a problem with speaking with staff or getting an appointment.
