Dr C Lynch was really lovely. Didn’t feel rushed and took the time to listen and investigate. The reception team also provided my wife with a spare room to feed our baby without hesitation. Only downside is that if you need to speak to reception in person, it often takes a while for them to become available.

I am a fairly new patient at this surgery having moved from one in the centre of Batley, what a stark difference! The staff here are a delight to interact with. From reception, administrative staff to the medical staff, they are all, without exception, friendly, cheerful and obviously enjoy their chosen career, in a supportive environment. I had become so used to indifference (10 years of indifference at the old survey) that the cheerful and patient centric approach has hit me hard, who knew that going to the doctors, was about me and could be such a pleasant experience. The service is not just good but exceptional.

Unsure what’s going on behind the scenes but the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing, send out text messages to constantly remind us of what we need to do, then book said appointments only to find out as walk through the appropriate door, sorry I’m trying to find out why your here……the text message was sent out by error weeks ago, you like to remind us that if we fail to turn up it costs you & the NHS x£££££ but I turn up in my booked time in an orderly manner and you have failed can you repay my time ?

This has been my GP practice for 16 years since I moved to the area. The service is outstanding. From the ease of booking online appointments to be given an on- the - day appointment where needed, the GP’s and Nurses are caring, attentive and deliver an exceptional service to patients. Would highly recommend.

Today. I went to.the doctors for a blood test. Booked easily enough online. I met Karen.who was absolutely lovely. I suffer with white coat syndrome. Going to the doctors terrifies me. But as soon as I walked in I knew that it would be OK. Karen was full.of the joys of spring. Treated me like an adult. I walked out of there with a smile on my face.
