Really pleased with staff and all the Drs and Nurses. Very friendly staff who go out their way to help you . Just want to say thank you for providing the best patient care . Well kept and clean presentable surgeries.. CQC rating is also good. .

I have been going there for years. They been extremely efficient and fast with all the treatments my mum needed Caring and very good staff Doctors been really good with her and myself and Fatima the nurse very polite and Susan been great to The admin team , Maryam always looked after us she been there for many years really good with her job and front new staff been brilliant as well . Thank you !

If I could give zero stars I would gladly , it is by far the worst gp I have come across and I am glad I am going to be moving my child and partner to mine because they are unresponsive most of the time , well more less all of the time , they lack any acknowledgment , and they don’t follow through with what they say , we have needed home appointments for health checks and such and not once have they come out , they need to be investigated for sure , avoid this gp at all costs and take your family elsewhere where they might actually take you into consideration and not just label you as a number , ps the five stars are definitely staff or people staff know because besides the midwife section they are an embarrassment

The receptionist is very incompetent. She told me to go to the pharmacy instead of seeing the Doctor or nurses. Even though I explained to her that only the doctors can give me the specific medication I need for my allergy,and they did so last summer. My eyes are swollen, you can visibly notice! She Would not give me an appointment, so now I must go to the hospital. Receptionists should not be trying to diagnose patients. Dangerously unhelpful and this practice should not be allowed to go on . I will be changing my Doctors this week. I definitely don't recommend Mount pleasant surgery!

I truly feel looked after, this is the best surgery for me. I was at Healds Road and now I know they didn’t care. The team at Mount Pleasant surgery are really looking after me. Want to mention Tasneem who is lovely and really helped me, Dr Khan who was fantastic in my appointment and Liz the nurse who really supported and helped with my diabetes. Thank you all I’m grateful and feel much happier
