Wellington House Surgery

Dr hamza Hussain lovely doctor always has time for you very friendly caring but most of all he listen to you unlike some of the others who talk over you and just want to get you out as soon as possible if all the doctor there were as good it would be a great surgery. Also the reception that was on the front dest when they opened today very softly spoken and polite sorry name not known. As for the one I spoke to on phone yesterday afternoon well she could probably do with extra training as did not listen to what I said just spoke over me not just once but several times

I want to say a huge thank you to Dr Maria Hussain. After spending a whole night in A&e Pindersfields hospital due to horrible chest pain with a lump under armpit. The doctor in the a&e examinated me first and didn’t feel any lump and second refuse to do further check ( for him it was a muscular pain) no scan or X-ray absolutely nothing ! But thanks to doctor Hussain who I visited after that and felt the lump she sent me to the breast clinic and now found out I have a cancer ! Thank you if I didn’t come back to my GP practice we maybe never found out !

Had to come here from a different practice for a physio-therapy appointment. Staff were rude when checking me in, the receptionist basically wanted to interact with me in as few words as possible and every extra word was said as though it was physically painful for her to interact with me.

The entire staff is very good. It is easy to to get appointments to see the doctors. I am especially grateful to Dr. Feras Muhssin He takes very good care of the patient. All I can say is join this surgery and you will get the best care and respect for the patient.

Had an appointment with Dr Hussain who was amazing…!! Spoke to him regarding my mums medication, he listened to all my mums problems and understood the situation very well.. great Dr and listener! Should have more Dr like himself.. thank you once again. Safina
