The 5 stars are for Dr Jack Dowell who has listened to me after years of suffering. The referral was speedy that he sent off for me. He has been amazing on all the occasions I have been to see him. This is the kind of Dr we need to stay at the surgery. Dr Joseph is well spoken and polite, he listens. Dr Raj has been good too. The receptionist have always been great in getting me an appointment. If only Dr Indira would take womens health into consideration, she would have been a great Dr! Unfortunately my experiences on visiting her were awful. She dismissed my pain where as Dr Jack listened & referred me without any ifs and buts. She lacked empathy! She being the main lady Dr could have made a difference!

The reception staff at Windsor Medical Centre are consistently rude and unprofessional. This creates a terrible impression about the surgery and makes it difficult to access the care needed. Just no point to stay with them join different Doctor Surgery.

I've been really struggling since Friday and a few medical issues but when I rang to make an appointment I was told to get advice from the pharmacy. Very disappointed I'm definitely moving to another surgery.

Been registered for quite a few years now. And never had any issues with the team here. Drs Receptionists. Nurses. and Pharmacy have all been great. 100% for everyone involved in this practice.

I visited the medical centre today and was seen by “Dr Joseph” who was both friendly and easy to talk to. Dr Joseph made the process of my visit very easy and straightforward. I had total confidence in his ability, and I will now make any future appointments at the practice without any apprehension. As an added bonus the receptionist was friendly and I was seen exactly on time……One couldn’t ask for more.
