Very nice people, everything was brilliant, they took really good care of everything for us. 10 out of 10 customer service.
Personal service and a very experienced funeral director. Devon was both practical but full of empathy and very accommodating of our family’s needs. Nothing was too much trouble and she really went above and beyond to take the worry out of our hands and ensured the final journey ran smoothly. She is an asset to the company and we can’t be thankful enough.
We recently lost our dad. Devon and her team took care of all the funeral admin, guiding us through the process and going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with my dad’s funeral. She was very attentive, even when we wanted something outside the norm. Devon was particulary supportive when it came to helping the grandchildren through the process. Thank you.
Absolutely lovely service for my grandma. Devon looked after us so much and went the extra mile to make sure everything was organised and that my grandma had the best possible funeral.
