Great service, spoke to garage at 4pm on Monday was called back within 10 minutes with a quote. Booked in for 9 am next day repairs completed by 1pm all round top service, very friendly and professional.... keep up the fantastic work

Excellent Customer Service. My car took long to fix but it was well worth the wait. The car was fixed and everything was managed well. I was kept up to date with everything. Also the main appreciation was that I was given a replacement car by the garage to drive and do my normal activities. Overall, satisfied and happy customer

£60 oil change for a corsa 🤣🤣 other places charge £20-£30 when asked owner about this he said reason for £60 our work is better than competitors so I said oil change is a oil change how is yours better than anyone elses so got it done while was there also car had a creaking noise so brought to these guys to have a look and came back worser than it went in loud vibration noise squealing both owners scammers carried out work that did not need doing and the car sounds worser now with other noises so looks like they deliberately tampered with my car to make me carry out other work and they did not get to the bottom of the fault and then try to blame you that I said it was something else I clearly told you the issue then said ok to have a look at the creaking issue will have to charge another amount to look at it but why did you carry out work that did not doing and essentially made my car worser scammers guy with mustache don’t know anything about cars try’s to sweet talk you into carrying out other work which does not need which I confirmed with another garage just trying to make more money off you worst garage I’ve been to also twists your words if you question him about it so I asked for a refund for the work carried out that did not need doing then got so aggressive with me so I just said keep your money and left also the reviews left here must be be fake or from friends.. STAY WELL CLEAR !!

I’ve been using Grafton St Autos for years and have always had exceptional service at a fair price. It’s very reassuring having a local garage that you can trust. I highly recommend these boys for your car repair and mot requirements.
