I Booked my bmw 530 msport in because I had a judder when braking! From start to finish this company was really professional and really knowledgeable in how they dealt with the problem. Richard the owner is a really good bloke in how he runs his business and is a credit to him ! He found the problem which turned out to be the rear discs were warped and gave me a price and did the necessary work on the car which is now perfect! All the staff were really friendly and are a credit to the company. I have looked around for a long time to find a garage like this one that cares about their customers and are willing to help and give good advice for the best outcome! I would definitely recommend these guys to sort all your motoring issues! Forget about the odd bad reviews on here because in my view they are from people who want something doing for nothing or have taken a pile of scrap in for these guys to sort out ! Absolutely superb. Knowledge and honest staff, very friendly and made me feel right at home. Lots of cups of tea and good conversation while I waited to get my brakes skimmed. Car drives great now and fully sorted my issue. Thanks!

It was my first time using this garage and certainly wont be the last. Richard and the team at RM Motors are amazing!! Their knowledge and attention to detail is outstanding!! They are very efficient, friendly and fairly priced. I was advised by a previous garage that I needed to take my car to KIA specialist for a problem diagnosing as they couldn't find the issue. Richard jumped in the car and within a matter of minutes he knew exactly what it was. I cannot thank or highly recommend them enough. It's a yes from me!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Avoid avoid avoid... absolute time wasters had my car bmw 330e in other garage with diagnose high voltage battery fault on cell number 3... so I called these so called hybrid "specialists" from Batley and asked if they be able to replace this bettery and code it for me. "Yes bring it in we can do it" Phone me up two days later "no its bmw and we not able to do it" and guess what charge me for another diagnostics £98 they knew excactly straight away they are not able to do it and still want me to come and charge money for nothing been done with this car... you can wallpaper every wall in this office with diploms but you are still useless. Reading other comments looks like you just look for easy well paid jobs... avoid people
