First time ever trusting anyone other than my old hair dresser with my hair but she retired and honestly, I can't be happier, Anka is phenomenal, chatty, friendly, Sweet and listened to what I wanted, she was double and triple checking before cutting to make sure my hair was the right length, she even gave me options and her opinions and respected all of my choices, it didn't take long at all but with full quality. I am super happy and 100% will be returning !! Can't wait for my next appointment now, feel like a new women 🥰

Visited this hair salon to get my 3 daughter’s hair trimmed. Called at 5:20 and the salon closes at 5:30 but Enka said to bring them and she would do it. She did their hair quickly and even gave them chocolates. She stayed half an hour past closing time just to do their hair. She is very friendly and lovely person. I couldn’t be more grateful. Will definitely be coming again. Thanks so much!

Nice, chatty staff but didn’t listen to my wants at all. No real consultation just straight into getting my hair washed. Then when sitting in the chair I repeated multiple times that I wanted my hair cut to a specific length, including showing the length with my hand. Stylist ignored this and started cutting the back of my head first so I couldn’t see how short the cut was. Then started on the front and cut a piece to the same length as the back before asking if that length was ok. At that point I had to go with the shorter length as the back was already cut to that length so no going back. Went in with hair down to my mid back and left with a chin length bob I didn’t want or ask for. The cut was done well and looks tidy but not at all what I wanted so very disappointed.
