One of the worst pharmacy ever they never pick up and one guy that works their is very moody he thinks he’s some kind of a bad man no professionalism very unethical also they never answer the phone call this is on mount pleasant Batley pharmacy just next to the dental surgery

I ordered my repeated prescription on 2nd july and it's 7th July today still no call, email or message. I must need to take the tablets each morning. Now they said "your prescription was ready on the next day due to technical problem we are unable to inform you.... seriously

Doctors prescribed medication 4 days ago they still have not delivered medication

I found the pharmacy quite ill-organised with poor customer service. They always taking extra time to serve their customers and mostly are trying to find the prescription in an over flowing pigeon box. The standards have gone bad to worse recently, so I decided to leave this pharmacy. Hope they reflect and improve.

Moody and unfriendly customer service. Customers are not welcomed, too busy talking about personal life. They get paid for their jobs not for chatting and ignoring customers. Waiting time is long and that’s because their busy talking. No smile, no sorry very unprofessional staff. You have to wait a week for your prescription and they don’t even ring you if it’s ready. Halifax pharmacy was so much better, had excellent service, don’t know why it’s closed down.
