Review on behalf of my Wife. Phoned the pharmacy about my prescription as it had not arrived by last thing Friday ( 5:45pm) before closing , Amaan was very pleasant and listened to my predicament and assured me my prescription would arrive that evening despite closing at 6pm for the weekend. Within half an hour Ateeb arrived, the whole pharmacy team went above and beyond to get my much needed medication to me. I would like to say a big thank you to you all. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Correction, they came saturday morning (fortunately), but I was not in (unfortunately). they kindly came back an hour later. They explained that the "urgent" label had accidentally become obscured due to the shortage of drivers. First the surgery promised that this pharmacy would ring me to organise delivery and payment. After hearing nothing all day, i rang and they said they couldn’t get my special antibiotic for a head infection because they couldn’t get hold of their supplier because they hadn’t answered the phone all day despite many calls and that they didn’t know what was going on. what kind of pharmacy uses such a useless supplier?! Then they said that they were two delivery drivers down, and didn’t know which ones had card machines on them so didn’t know if they could deliver to me. So I said I was coming to pick up my prescription and take it somewhere else as they are closed on a weekend. They put me on hold and after a few minutes came back and said they’d got the antibiotic and would deliver tonight, I asked will they be able to take payment and the answer was less than clear, so I asked them to verify if the delivery was definitely coming tonight and they said yes and tried to end the call. So now it’s past closing time, unsurprisingly no delivery, but they have, by their promises, which are unfulfilled, prevented me from collecting my prescription and going to an all night pharmacy or a weekend one, and so I have to live with my infection without the special antibiotic until they choose to deliver Monday or even later. I wonder why they told me they’d deliver tonight and why it hasn’t happened!!!

Encountered their delivery van ML20YCB this afternoon around some local schools. The driver was very aggressive, tailgating and overtaking dangerously with cars parked in each side of a road making this very risky. Now considering how this was a school pick up time and many school areas have a 20mph speed limit for the safety of our children this is shocking behaviour. Look at the reviews from people who use the delivery service and you can see how this is unreliable and poorly rated! It's not surprising now considering the standard of their drivers. Please take your business elsewhere.

Needed medication in a hurry. Phones five times each call 1 hour apart. Nobody picked up the phone when they were open. Some days they say meds are ready when they are not. Very poor service. Not the chemist it used to be.

They're fine if you ever need to go in and pick up your prescription the 'old fashioned' way, but their delivery service is useless. I used to be with an online pharmacist for my regular prescription, which came in the post, never an issue. Somehow, my nominated pharmacy got changed to this pharmacy (without my consent, but that's another matter), and was assured it would be OK as they offered a delivery service as well. Endless problems ever since. The delivery drivers can't follow simple instructions. I work a lot of nights so won't be awake to answer the door if they come early. This has been communicated to them, and a safe space to leave the medicine has been given. Sometimes, the instructions are followed, but most of the time they bang the door repeatedly, start calling my mobile while I'm trying to sleep, and then leave, taking my medicine with them. I then have to call and remind them of the instructions I have given them every month. For the medicine to be re-delivered at a later date. On top of that, I frequently have medicine missing from my delivery. Yesterday's delivery I'm missing my clopidrogel, which I haven't been on for very long, so don't have any spare. Guess I just won't be taking that one until I can sort this out. It's a joke, it's people's physical and mental well-being at stake. Beyond useless. I'm going to be contacting the GP and insisting that they are removed as my nominated pharmacy. Enough is enough. I want to go back to my online pharmacy, at least they managed to get the basics right.
