We are devastated by our experience. In 2021, we hired Gary to replace our roof, and the work came with a 10-year warranty. Less than four years later, a number of independent roofers informed us the work had been done poorly, and the entire roof now needs replacing. The flat roofs are dangerous.When we reached out to Gary under the warranty, he told us his business had closed due to health issues and that he could not honour the guarantee. We are now facing the cost of a full re-roof far earlier than expected.

AVOID THIS COWBOY ROOFER!!! Gary did numerous jobs for us until I realised he was poor First job- haighwood road. Warrior roofing supplied and fitted the wrong tiles, roof windows which is causing leaking non stop Another roofing company are having to alter it due to Gary not owning up to his mistakes. 2nd job- Victoria mount. Lead work is atrocious, cuts round the velux windows are all over, guttering incorrect and down pipe doesn’t even go into the gully, red dust all over the render. 3rd job- crossways. Guttering yet again horrendous 4th job- Stanhope drive Broken tiles and fitted incorrectly

Over charged for the work carried out. Was quoted £150 for the ridges to be re-pointed were needed (quite a few) and also ridge iron replacing. Thought this was a decent price with it being a friend of the family! Was actually up on my roof 10 minutes. I stupidly didn't check the work that was carried out before handing the money over. Too trusting! I've had two more roofing companies out to tell me I have been ripped off and most I should have got charged was £50. One of which Is going to carry out the work that should have been done originally for much less! Lesson learnt don't trust anyone.
