This company needs to be closed down, the duty solicitor MR A Day was polite and helpful then turned on us. He has not been in contact throughout the time whilst claiming legal aid payments. He has not defend the client instead stated he was mitigating for the police and tried to get the client to plead guilty with threats this will go to crown court. He is very unprofessional and would not defend the case. I would avoid a duty solicitor at all cost and avoid this company. I am absolutely shocked and disgusted in this person's actions towards the client I do not know how he sleeps at night. The client has not done anything and he said there is so much evidence against you. How are people yo get a fair trial when solicitors let the down. The whole criminal and justice system needs to be looked at. Please do not use this service or an duty solicitor they will not help you but will charge you for legal aid. Our tax payers money is being wasted thanks to the police and solicitors who are dishonest.

Very good experience using this firm for my recent conveyancing. Handled very efficiently and swiftly. Mr Loonat is a gem, responds to all queries and questions immediately. Would recommend anyone thinking of buying a house to use Mr Loonat.

Experienced this local firm for quite a few transactions now where clients have chosen them. They have been very Difficult to deal with for conveyancing. In particular, Mohammed does not answer to emails or phone calls delaying the moving process and frustrating all parties in the chain.

My experience needed to be added after using the best solicitors Rhodes Walker Solicitors, this time, no not Redfearns Solicitors. The time they took in processing my last property and then told me last minute the buyer had withdrawn leaving me depressed due to how they dealt with my property. I was in debt, and at major loss. The service lacks manners, especially Mr M Patel, they lack professionalism i.e. dont respond to emails or calls. Lie after lie and what felt like he severed the contracts for conveyancing purposely. I would never trust then whole firm in-fact i think they put people of convenyancing altogether. Please guys do not use unless you want to be depressed for a year or two.
