Honestly it was absolutely amazing service! The travel agency went above and beyond to find us a great deal on our flight to pakistan saving us both time and money. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. They were friendly, responsive, and really listened to what we needed. Everything was clearly explained, and we felt confident and well looked after throughout. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service and unbeatable flight deals. Will definitely be using them again! Especially for my next visit to meet my family back home. We was all left with a smile. 😃

I recently booked my trip through this travel agency, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first interaction, the staff were friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for that fit my budget, schedule, and interests perfectly making every detail thoughtfully arranged. I especially appreciated how responsive they were whenever I had questions. Their communication was fast, clear, and reassuring. Thanks to their planning, my trip was completely stress free and far more enjoyable than if I had tried to book everything on my own. We purchased tickets to Pakistan in the summer through Heckmondwike Travels. Everything was fine, competitive prices for our group of 12, good friendly customer service. However, whilst we were in Pakistan, my mother in law passed away. So I got in touch with them and made them aware we were not able to travel on the day of our return journey (4 days away) and requested tickets be extended for about 2 weeks. They quoted £220 per person. So we agreed as we were in mourning and in a very difficult situation. Another group who had travelled with us but not booked via Heckmonwike Travels managed to get their  tickets extensions free of charge on proof of the bereavement. On our return to the UK I questioned Etihad about the situation and raised the matter with them direct to say others got a free extension so why did we have to pay £220. Etihad said we can get a refund if documentation was provided eg relation to the deceased and death certificate and provide these to Heckmonwike Travels. I then got in touch with Heckmonwike Travels and they said they do not actually book the tickets direct but in fact they are THIRD PARTIES in the booking process and the actual agency they book with  is a company in London. They took all the evidence and apparently forwarded it to the London company who then sent it to Etihad. But after several weeks waiting for an answer, Heckmonwike Travels said the agency in London had received a reply to the matter from etihad to say the return tickets had been used and no refund will be given. The sender of the email and all contacts and source was withheld as it was "confidential". So I could not get in touch with etihad to contest their original advice.  Heckmonwike travel offered me £400 as a goodwill gesture. Even though we payed £2500!!! So i feel let down MASSIVELY by Heckmonwike Travels. Firstly they failed to inform me about ways to get a free extension, then they took £2500 from me on false pretences, then they carried on lying about the so called AGENCY. In all this scenario, no effort was made to look after us. In one of our toughest times of our lives, we were conned out of money and then fobbed off. In fact the lady who i was dealing with had to tell her husband to ring me as I was getting angry and upset!!! Fake emails were made allegedly by the London AGENCY and we were left out of pocket. Their excuse for anything I raised was "it wasn't us, it was the agency". If I pay you the money, I am YOUR CUSTOMER, not some fantasy company. And what was the most shameful thing they kept on giving me the "we are Muslim brother/sisters". Is this what our deen teaches us? Defraud other Muslims at the difficult times of their life? You owe me and my family £2500 and this will remain a debt. Our original return was in peak season after the summer holidays, obviously a busy and expensive time. The later tickets were 2 weeks later, off season and a cheaper time. So why were we charged £220???? The terms and conditions state " Please remember these tickets are non refundable once issued but thev're changeable" so why were we charged??? The fake email said the original tickets had been used, when we never travelled on them. So who had they been used by? Who took the money from the refund? I urge everyone to stay away from this dishonest and conniving company who will steal from you in your darkest hour and then just blame others.

The staff were professional and were always at hand to answer our queries. The group leaders were able to guide us with the immense knowledge they had making this experience memorable. Booked a flight to turkey, very friendly staff would definitely be booking again through this business!
