Honestly these ladies are amazing. Only 3 weeks before my holiday I had a bit of a disaster that my daughter would not settle with my mum, and I was supposed to be going away just me and my boyfriend. I was heart broke but they went out of their way to make numerous phone calls to Jet2 and eventually I managed to sell my holiday they also advertised this which they don’t usually do. I lost money, but I could have lost the whole holiday. I have booked another now to go with her and fly next week but I’m just so grateful they were sympathetic, understanding and just all round helpful always! Also my previously booked holiday with them was fantastic too. Thank you all at total travel can not recommend enough!

Just been checked in for our upcoming cruise. Exceptional help by Katie - a lovely, patient lady who had endless time for us & did everything - checking us in - setting up ship account - printing everything off and going through the Barbados Visa - been a real pleasure.
