Alex is such a top guy and provides excellent customer service. He surpasses expectation, is extremely knowledgable, and takes great care when dealing with my vehicle. I would highly recommend his service and will absolutely return.

2 weeks ago paid £50 per tyre for 2 part worn tyres. he told me nobody else in dewsbury would have this size tyre. i trusted him. fast forward to today. one of them was flat, went to see if another tire place across the road from me could puncture repair but they found a tear in the sidewall. i rang this place up and said i purchased this tyre less than 2 weeks ago and he said could i get to him. on arrival he took my tyre off and i was assuming given that nothing had actually punctured the tyre; the tyre had just failed he would simply supply me with another part worn free of charge. this wasn’t the case. i questioned how it’s my fault and asked him to put the same tyre back on. he then asked for £5 for checking it? he became very hostile and when i mentioned leaving a review online he told me to never come back & said “good luck” to me on my way. bear in mind ive already driven around 20 miles on the flat tyre as its a runflat . i drive one mile down the road to the other tyre place who supplied a brand new budget tyre for £50 this picture shows the state my tyre/alloy was left in. complete disregard for my safety all because i wasn’t happy being ripped off? disgusting behaviour. also the last time i was here he said he would give me discount on my next tires if i left a good review so i wouldn’t trust the good reviews on here they are simply bought. 🤷‍♂️

Absolutely brilliant service at Alex Tyres! Ahmed, the owner, went above and beyond to help me out. Not only was he incredibly friendly and welcoming, but the value for money was fantastic. What really impressed me was that he even helped fix the wheels on my daughter’s scooter—completely out of kindness. It’s rare to find service like this these days. Highly recommend!

I needed all 4 tyres and spare wheel replacement. I dropped in to get an in person consultation and he was able to make a good recommendation for my needs and replaced them straight away at a reasonable price which was brilliant. There is a nice waiting area to sit while job is being completed and he was very hospitable and welcoming which is always a bonus as I value great customer service. I would highly recommend and will be continuing to use Alex tyres in the future.
