I'm not gonna disrespect the food or the atmosphere. But I was getting robbed by a staff that had intention to lie to me about the change ive given a £5 note when im fully aware that I gave a £10 note and asked if i had a 45p as there wasnt change. It was a half caste female staff who served me. I've asked for 2 margarita pizza, tripple chocolate doughnut and a pink ring doughnut. My total was £6.45 then I scanned in my greggs app for my birthday freebie gift from greggs and the total was £5.45 then I gave her £10 then she asked me for 45p which I had. Now as you expect to get your change back I didn't i had to confirm what I had in my wallet I had 2x £10 notes and 6x £5 notes I am extremely fully aware of what i give. The other staff noticed and saw what she did (intensionally robbing of the customer as in myself) so going back and forwards with this 1 female who claimed i gave her a £5 note when she was playing with it while I was getting out the 45p. So this other female staff who saw her stealing from myself she fully corrected her and told her what she saw and corrected the issue what that young female half caste staff. Hats off to the other female staff who stopped her from getting away with it before it escalated into a very bad situation of having that branch shut down if my profession is known then they all would learn how to do maths in money management again. I'm still annoyed that I got lied to in my face but my prayers will be going to the other female staff that saw what her intentions was.

One o the best value high street snack house in town. Small but terrible atmosphere. It’s clean and staff are always on the go serving customers, thank you guys

its happened 3 times now natalie was very rude. kept saying she had no meat free food left, when i went to shop they had loads of meat free option.if you cant give good customer service to your customers and cant be polite please dont answer the phone 😡
