My beautiful jacket arrived today . Someone posted true to size . I hate things that are to big l I am a 16 and bought a Cerise jacket and it fits a treat . Really pleased with my purchase.

I recently bought a coat from this company, but had never heard of them and was accordingly apprehensive. However, the coat is outstanding! This company makes quality items with honest descriptions. I will definitely make more purchases.

Mileta Sports Ltd is Trading as Tog 24 Ltd. They asked me to return a faulty down filled jacket instead of sending out a replacement item as I requested because its not company policy. I've had to file a dispute with VISA to issue a chargeback as well as a dispute through PayPal to issue a chargeback. It's winter. Company policy would have me go without a jacket, albeit a faulty one that leaks down the seams when ever I wear it, whilst you keep my money and deliberate whether to replace or repair it, at my expense! I have my own policy, you can now deal with the expense and fines imposed by VISA and PayPal, whilst I get refunded and you make a larger financial loss than if you had just sent me a replacement item for a faulty, poorly manufactured jacket that you sent me (and others, going by the reviews on the item webpage).
