I like going here they have just got new stock in ready for winter also lots of sale items .they have parking also lifts to all floors and escalators accsess for disable and a ramp down to Edinburgh wool shop. There are 3 cafes in the building also tiolets on to floor disable will need the lift.

I went into your woolen mill in batley mill and met the rudest till assistant I have ever met, I was paying by love to shop card and was made to feel like she was looking down on me. She almost shouted at me asking me how much was on the card when I told her £285 she snatched it of me and put it through. Having being embarrassed I will never use your shop again!

Very dated clothes obviously for the older generation however I found a nice coat in Klass which I love
