Ordered a mattress from this company, was very quick and efficient service. Great communication in keeping me updated throughout order processing time and to top it off the mattress itself was like sleeping on clouds. Very good quality!! Was very happy with the service and quality of products I have used them many times since for more of my home furniture!

Just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service I received from yourselves. I asked if you could deliver to a transport company we use for onward transfer to Portugal. You were more than helpful and offered to double wrap the mattresses to prevent damage and true to your word when they arrived they were indeed double wrapped and were in perfect condition. The quality of the mattresses were superb and were considerably cheaper than the same item on other on-line stores. I can without hesitation recommend this company for their service and quality of product.

Very poor service, we ordered a mattress and after waiting nearly two weeks we received an email to say the order was being cancelled, we phoned up straight away and we’re told they had apparently emailed us asking for more money for delivery, because there system had quoted an incorrect delivery price (which they said it does for some reason!!) We never received this email and they never bothered to try and phone or send a second email instead just cancelled our order. They offered us no resolution and we were told if we placed a new order it would take over a month, when the original order time was 2-14 days. Very disappointed, i wouldn’t Recommend.

Be aware this company doesnt respond until they have to. Took me a months to claim my faulty dinning table and didn't accept my problem to replace foe the new one. My next step is to contact furniture ombudsman company. This company only know how to sale it but doesn't know how to look after customers.

Drove round trip of 4 hrs to find this company is purely a postbox telephone and desk in an old run down warehouse being used by several companies. We were told they have no stock, you order something and they then order it from abroad!
