The Furniture Trend

I Ordered a dining room table at 50% off, I then got confirmation that the order was successful then a few days later the order was dispatched. But today had email stating was cancelled and refunded but no refund and also no reason why it was cancelled. We sold out furniture due to getting confirmation our new one was dispatched.

This furniture trend store is a pleasant place to shop. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, accommodating our request for same-day delivery. The bed is of excellent quality, lightweight, and simple to move and assemble. The mattress is also very comfortable, although it is quite heavy. Thanks for being supportive for same day delivery.

What an absolute joke of a company we bought a kitchen dining room set this place all was good when ordering. Then the excuses started saying we don't have them chairs you want in stock but we do have them in a different colour . Then when It arrived we found a problem with a set of chair leg the bolts would tighten up so we contact the shop then the replaced the legs with some total different not even remotely like the ones we needed. So I tried to contact the shop once again sent several messages no reply. Called in to the shop they wasn't helpful at all saying the sale man who sold the set no longer worked there. Sorry I bought from your company the the salesman. Still no legs . several messages and phone call last still no legs had to threaten them with court and go back to the shop to remove some legs from a chair what was on display if you want to enjoy you furniture I wouldn't buy from the company clowns . Just to clear things up I bought the furniture from the furniture tend I Paid to furniture trend and not the living comfort and according to companies house no details of change of ownership has been made so yes you are trading as furniture trend and trying to forward the blame to another company.

What a wonderful place. The furniture is of excellent quality. The staff are wonderful. Very friendly, helpful and honest. They put up my wardrobes. I would certainly recommend and next time I need furniture it will be my first port of call.

Would give one star if possible. Ordered some chairs on the 8th June and they have taken my money and said my order has been delivered which it hasn't. Tried emailing and messenging on messenger numerous times with no response and if you try calling it is just an automated message saying you are calling out of opening times no matter when you call. Seems like it is a scam and i'm unfortunately a lot of money down 😭
