Positive experience from start to finish. I was unsure of what colour bed to go for to begin with - Hassan at Urban Textures was super helpful and accommodating and answered any and every question I had. He also sent me some swatches so I could make a more informed decision. Delivery was quick and the company they used were very accommodating and friendly - rearranging their schedule to deliver at a time that suited me. I had a slight issue with the bed vs what I had ordered, however Hassan was so helpful in correcting this for me. New bed was sent out ASAP and incorrect bed collected at the same time. Thank you for being so patient with me - your customer service was second to none. Very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend this company.

Loved my experience at Urban Textures Super-friendly staff-the guy even helped with design ideas and they also offer a great fitting service. Excellent service. Definitely coming back. I purchased the teak panels great quality, for my media wall looks great definitely recommend 😀
