We were attended to by a lovely and very knowledgeable member of staff (Uwais Muhammad) who listened intently and offered us great advice. We were there for over an hour and ordered a long list of items; for each one we got great advice from choice of fabrics to the configuration of items within our floor plan, and our choices were well considered. Nothing was too much as we chopped and changed our minds. We particularly liked the 3D model that allowed us to visualise the combination of items purchased. Throughout the whole experience we felt valued clients. Our delivery and installation team were truly professional and took the greatest care to assemble everything with respect for our newly decorated spaces; they cleared everything and took away all packaging even removing the smallest bits of debris. The furniture was installed in exactly the locations we had allocated. Absolutely brilliant experience in every aspect.

BoConcept is obviously stand out for their minimalist yet sophisticated Scandinavian design. This is all a given and the products speaks for themselves. However for me truly sets BoConcept- YORKSHIRE apart is my experience of their commitment to customer service. The knowledgeable staff have providing me with personalised interior design services, that has been able to reflect the products they have whilst understanding my taste and lifestyle. A big shout to Becky who has helped me achieve this balance! Not withstanding others who have also helped the Journey including Uwais and Dan(delivery & installation). This all comes with a health warning as you can’t help but shop here! Be prepared to spend but truly worth every penny. Thank you

The shop assistant Uwais provided excellent support and followed up my shop visit with helpful emails to answer questions about the sofa product. It felt personal and useful. He was clearly knowledgable about interior aesthetics and advised with good visual knowledge. He used 3D modelling to assist how the product would fit my personal space. He made it clear that no request would be beyond his remit. An excellent experience.
