Phenomenal service 5+* If you could award more than 5 stars then I absolutley would. From the first visit to the shop in Batley to enquire about a mobility scooter to delivery within a week and a house visit to demonstrate the scooter in between the service was impeccable. Richard the technician that provided not only the demonstration but ensured my mum could manage the scooter in and out of her property before he would leave gave my mum all the confidence she needed to proceed. Richard took care of the paperwork and delivered the scooter with what I consider an above and beyond approach. I cannot recommend Richard and the team at Parkgate enough 5+* all the way.

I would give it a 5 but there was a big mixs up when it was delivered. I can not fault the lady in the shop she was doing her best to look after us also 2 other customers. We picked the scooter got told it would be delivered on this day but the person who brought it forgot to look at paper work on how we was paying for it till it was too late Please check paperwork and ask questions before you sign anything Apart from that scooter is fine and would go back again if I need anything else

Went and bought a new wheelchair from Bernie. Wasn't sure if I could get what I needed in my price range. Bernie made the whole experience easy, explained everything and why the 1 I purchased in the end was right for my needs. I would highly recommend and definitely go back if and when I need other products. Fantastic service from start to finish and she even carried it to the car for me.
