Krazy Kids

One star is being generous, but can'tleave no star!! The place was packed with screaming kids, not sure what the capacity limit is but far too many were in, parents not taking responsibility for their kids climbing on top of the baby area or running wild and taking out the smaller kids! Safe to say we won't be coming again. Been to a lot of play areas and you expect screaming kids and them being wild with excitement but this was another level, Feral!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Birthday Experience at Krazy Kids! We celebrated my daughter’s 7th birthday at Krazy Kids last week, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely amazing—so friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make the day special. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They made the whole experience feel effortless for us, which meant we could relax and really enjoy the party. The venue was clean, vibrant, and full of energy, and the kids had an incredible time. Everything ran smoothly, and the staff made sure my daughter felt like the star of the day. It’s clear they really care about what they do. Thank you, Krazy Kids, for giving us such a memorable celebration. We’ll definitely be back, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for a fun, stress-free party venue! I booked my daughters 3rd party here and without having been to the venue before I didn't know what to expect. The organisation from KK was very good with great/fast communication. Both Mel and Andy were extremely friendly and accommodated all our needs - nothing seemed to phase them! The prices were very reasonable having shopped around other venues. The whole experience ran smoothly so thank you KK :D

**EDITED DUE TO THE RESPONSE** I took a photo because I was disgusted at how dirty the toy was?? And yes it was filthy that’s why I left a review. You can see all the dust and hairs in the photo?? It is also not my responsibility as a paying customer to come and tell you your toys are dirty!! I left the toy on the table we were sat at so you couldn’t miss it and give it a clean!! How can you try and deflect and try make this my problem? Instead of spending your time giving lengthy blame shifting, argumentative responses why don’t you go make sure your toys are clean before letting babies play with them. Learn how to take constructive criticism. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 Haven’t been in a few months but usually enjoy bringing my children here as used to come here as a child myself. We visited yesterday and was mortified when I realised the toy my 7 month old was playing with was filthy! Obviously toys get dirty with so many different children playing with them all day but this toy was full of hair, dust and what looked like dried food. Clearly hasn’t been cleaned recently, this has really put me off.

We had our sons birthday party here and would highly recommend! Everyone had a good time and the food was great, the staff were fantastic did everything from the food, cleaning up and to making sure everyone left with a piece of cake. Communication was fantastic throughout lisa was just lovely. We will be booking again in the future 😊 thank you again for everything you did for us x
