Called in on a Sunday morning and had breakfast. The welcome was warm and friendly. The inside decor is very nice love the old world harry potter witch style going on very different. The coffee was very nice and so was the food we had the pancakes one with fruit and one with bacon. We will differently come back would love to try the Sunday lunch next time.
Went for breakfast, staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Unfortunately the only things little about little bawtry's are the portions and the quality. The tea and coffee was tepid, the eggs were half cooked with the whites not properly set. The bacon and sausage were barely warm. We were waiting almost an hour before we got our food. All that would have been fine if it was cheap, but it wasn't. In short overpriced, slow, poor quality food, legitimately had better from a food truck for half the price.

The bar staff are lovely but unfortunately the chef and their waiters are just rude! We walked in and sat down, there was no reserve sign on the table we chose. The waitress snapped at us asking if we’ve booked a table, when we replied no the chef screamed saying food would be AT LEAST an hour. We said that’s fine we will wait. He then went on cursing saying he has no staff and was terribly rude. I understand if you’re short staffed, but manners and politeness costs nothing! We ordered our food and then our parents decided what they wanted so I ask the waitress if they could order theirs now, and they refused their order and said it would be another hour after our food had arrived. We will not visit here again! Avoid!
What a wonderful place! We were blown away with the amazing food, brilliant service and unbelievable value (we even double checked we hadn’t been brought something much more expensive than what we had ordered!). The chips were the closest to my grandmother’s that I’ve ever had. The decor is also really creative and interesting, with a wide variety of artefacts and historical prints to look at. We will definitely be back!
