Stopped off on our way home from France. Phoned ahead and no problem parking motor home in car park overnight. Really lovely friendly staff who just took over at beginning of October and I really hope they get to make a go of it. Was busy when we arrived and allowed dogs in back lounge which was nice. My husband had fish and chips and I had steak and Ale pie, about £17 each and we were both full after them, big portions of lovely home cooked food. Enjoyed a few drinks afterwards 😊. Would definately recommend for food and drink and staff again are so nice.
Good pub, always has a good atmosphere. Serves good beers and wine. Haven't eaten here, so I cant comment on the food
Fantastic Real Pub, Darts very busy always someone to play, Pool table very busy. TVs everywhere Football,Horse Racing, F1. Just ask Great Staff.
Fantastic local pub. Good range of beers and spirits. The atmosphere was really good. A lovely friendly place to visit.
I didn’t feel very welcomed, as we weren’t greeted on arrival. I also got wet from drink spillages on the bar when we entered, and then noticed the bar staff didn’t act very professional when they picked up the wrong card reader. Overall, this visit wasn’t what I expected from a place in Bawtry.
