I wouldn't come anywhere else. Always feel so fresh and pampered when I visit. All the staff I've seen are so friendly especially Lisa and Jess!
I called into House of Lindsay for my appointment with Matt at Rejuvenate Aesthetics. On arrival I was greeted with a really friendly and warm hello, offered a drink and directed to a room where I could remove my make-up. I realised I had left my products in the car and was on my way to get them when a member of staff said I could use their Decleor products. I have to say, I don't remember a time when I received customer service to a level this outstanding, I just felt I had to say for a first time visit I was blown away. Keep up the good work ladies, it's impressive.
Wife went for a manicure today, felt terrible for walking out but the technician didn’t speak at all, didn’t introduce herself and appeared rude and as though she clearly didn’t want to be there.
It was great to be back in the House of Lindsay. Fabulous treatments from Dawn and Kate. I certainly feel ready for my holiday now. THANK YOU x
