Avoid. Brought a BMW 1 series m-sport edition to help me get around with becoming a new mum. Then within a week of purchase it came up with drive train fault. I gotten it fixed by my mechanic and the dealership paid. It then broken again after a week. The dealership taken the car and stated they painted £600 to get the car fixed within 2 days of getting the car back the car came up with the same fault and smelt of burning. I contacted them multiple times and they proceeded fob me off and say they were away. After a couple weeks they then chosen to ignore my messages, and blocked my phone number. I contacted trading standards and emailed crown motors to ask that they either give me a refund or pay for the fix. They then emailed back and said that they have ceased trading. I can no longer receive money for the fix or get a refund due to this. They are scammers and to do this to anyone is horrendous but a new mum who’s used her savings is a disgrace. I chosen this car and company as I expected it to be reliable and a trustworthy dealership oh how wrong I was!
Bought an Audi Q5 with a 3-month warranty from Crown Motor Co (Bawtry) Ltd — the car developed problems within 3 weeks. The director then claimed the company had “ceased trading,” yet Companies House shows it’s still active and cars are still being advertised. I’ve reported them to Trading Standards and will be pursuing legal action. Avoid at all costs.

Mark and the gang are a wonderful family run business who looked after us, gave us a great deal and were extremely accommodating. Well worth the drive from Southampton (twice).
