Absolute shambles of a practice. Obnoxious and rude staff, don't ask to speak to the practice manager or Emily will simply hang up on you after waiting in a queue for thirty minutes. Impossible to get a face to face appointment. Last appointment I managed to get was a phone appointment. "Some time during the day".. explained i work shifts and can't always take calls at work. Dr. Peter Said was dismissive, didn't seem at all bothered, gave the impression he just wanted to get the call over and done with in under a minute. I have all the symptoms of being Diabetic.. all he did was say "that's doubtful, I'll email you a leaflet"..! Absolutely disgraceful. Don't try complaining, they're not interested. Emily on reception needs sacking because of her shocking lack of customer service.
Tried three days last week to get an appointment for my son. Rand at 8 o’clock number 14, 17 and 19 respectively in the queue. Each time I was answered (anywhere between 13 and 27 mins. No appointments left and advised to call 111. I currently have a urine infection but I’m not wasting my time e trying to get an appointment. I’m suffering in silence and if it gets too bed I’ll have to find a walk in centre. It feels like I no longer have a doctors
Had a appointment with Dr Peter Said, he was polite, punctual, knowledgeable, thorough and caring with regards to my health needs and objectives. Excellent clinician in my experience.
It’s gone down hill ever since Dr Thomas and Dr Wong left the practice(they were both very good). It is impossible to make an appointment even when you call first thing at 8am. Rude and disrespectful staff keep directing us to go to the pharmacy but guess what, when we phoned 111 and described the symptoms we had to have a phone consultation with a nurse, she advised us to see a doctor within 6hours and don’t listen to the GP staff who says ‘go to the pharmacy’. It used to be great but not anymore. Looks like many people agree with me.
No longer can you book an appointment in advance to see a doctor. Only same day appointments. So hard when you work full time and you need to arrange things, but have no idea until that day what time your appointment will be. Especially when your work is an hour away. I use to think this Doctors was great, Doctor Thomas and Doctor Wong where amazing. The Last Doctor I saw was like a robot and was stood holding the door open for me while I was still talking. Such a shame
