I’d used WH Brown prior (specifically, the Bawtry Office) so it was really a no-brainer to use them again. From the first assessment to the completion of the sale, the WH Brown was exemplary - responsive, professional and helpful. My main contact during marketing and completion was Tarley Smith, and she deserves a special mention; at all times she was super helpful, responsive and routinely went out of her way to liaise with parties up and down the chain in order to get the sale over the line. I cannot recommend WH Brown enough, but that same sentiment extends to Tarley too - if you go with Browns and she is assigned to your account, you’ll be in very capable hands!

I have just purchased a house through William H Brown, and cannot speak highly enough of the team in Bawtry. My main point of contact was Ellie, who was professional and knowledgeable, always timely with responses, and friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. When Ellie was unavailable, I spoke with other members of the team who were also friendly and approachable, and able to answer my questions and concerns. Unlike some businesses, the phone was always answered, and emails responded to promptly, even if only to say that they would revert once they had the answers.....and responses were always forthcoming and timely. I would have no problem recommending William H Brown in Bawtry.

Just sold my house with WH Brown in Bawtry and from the initial valuation with Lucy all the way through the selling process with Clare what is usually a stressful experience was made as smooth as possible.Every phone call or office visit was met with enthusiasm and professionalism by all the girls and nothing was too much trouble.I would fully recommend them to anyone.
