Fantastic! Highly recommend James. I had sudden issues with my car, I contacted James and he was extremely helpful and sorted this out at very short notice! Great service and will continue to use James for any future work.
Where do I start Before leaving the country for 5 months I bought a project vehicle to have some fun in. To make sure things were in order, I took the vehicle to James to get a routine service and check up. Unfortunately the car was in far worse shape than was expected. This is where I had to make the decision whether to scrap it or go all in with a restoration. After a couple of days, I decided to give james a call to see if he would be willing to take the mammoth task on whilst I was away. Gladly, he agreed and the process started. Over the coming months, I ordered parts I wanted on the vehicle to bring it up to modern standards, and James carried out the work and treated all the corrosion. The work was carried out in logical stages and James provided me with updates along the way. As always with this kind of work, there were a few small issues but this was nothing James couldn't solve. Here we are months later and the car is basically brand new underneath. Thank you for bringing a very special car to me back to life. You have gained a loyal customer. Alex
I have been using James since he opened here. He is very professional, friendly, reliable and trustworthy. He is also very reasonable with his prices. My car failed it's MOT and because he was so busy he asked me to leave it there and told me it would be about 10 days before he could get to it. Two days later he called me to say it was done - he had worked late a few nights to get it fixed! Definitely the best mechanic I ever had.
I called the garage after having issues with my car and the engine management light. Was advised I could nip down same day and he did diagnostics for me quickly and was very helpful. Thank you so much again
Cloudnt have been more helpful. We were just about to set off on a 4 hour trip pulling our caravan and no road lights were working. We established it wasn’t the caravan but couldn’t find the issue on the car. We rang the garage and even though they were really busy they helped us to fix the problem and solve it. Saved us having to waste a days holiday. James you are a superstar. Thank you 🤩
