Had my hair cut by Alex, and I am so happy with the entire experience. She is clearly passionate about what she does and very knowledgeable, we had a really in depth chat about what I wanted, expectations, my hair type, hair health etc and I really felt I could trust her advice. I left feeling heard, and absolutely LOVE my new cut! She also managed to tame my wild hair with just a blow dry, which is completely unheard of, so all in all I’m very impressed 👌 The salon is also stunning, and it was a really welcoming atmosphere!

The salon appealed to me as a first-time client as I had a warm welcome from the lady on reception. She took time to understand what I wanted and made my appointment with Hayley. I have now had three appointments- 2 cut and finish and a colour and finish. Hayley also takes time to listen and advise but still gives the style I requested with a little tweak so it suits my hair. She is friendly and professional and just ‘gets’ my hair. I’m very happy here and have made my next appointment 😊

I have been coming to Karolina for manicures while staying in Bawtry and she always does a great job! I’m very picky with my nails but she’s always fast and a perfectionist.

amazing salon. booked my daughter in for a restyle. it was quit a dramatic change. they made sure she had senior stylist for her appointment and talked her through every step, ensuring left with exactly what she wanted. the aftercare advice was spot on. she felt looked after and listen to and left a very happy girl.
