1 star is too much They charged me double and I received the wrong medication. They attempted a refund but end up charging again to just under £200 I had another script to pay for which was £17,70 Something similar, I had £17 in my account and was told just sit and wait a few minutes for the refund! That was Monday FFS To top it off I was asked to search my pockets for the odd 70p The Surley woman chuffing round after the pharmacist or franchise didn’t care about the mix up with my meds or Money. Did not meet my eyes. Just covering her butt! The sales lady was nice, she couldn’t do anything except be sorry as I had spoken to her about my temporary circumstance. I have called them and well it’s not as funny as ‘little Britain ‘ computer says no’ The pharmacist and some staff could not spell Empathy. They do shuffle in a little circle at times though My Bank straight away and this morning say nothing is being put back, in any sort of transit This is disgraceful and Well is it stealing? It certainly would be if I ran off with the second lot of meds without paying the BLEEP 70p Right off to make up for lost time staring open mouthed at the Dust of Humanity I’ll let swat deal with it! Sorry I meant bank fraud dept Ps Weldicks Do not reply with a copy paste comment Ta X

Terrible experience. I had some urgent prescriptions sent from GP here. I attended shortly after my GP appointment, but they said the prescription hadn’t come true yet and they couldn’t dispatch. Fair enough. I waited as much as I could and eventually (being unwell, hence the reason for seeing my GP) it was suggested to me to come back in the afternoon. I don’t live in Bawtry. So I drove home and came back again 3 hours later just to be told that they received the prescription but hadn’t dispatched the meds yet. I was also told that I now had to go away again because the pharmacist was due their “safety break”. As much as I appreciate the need for a break, one would wonder why the prescriptions weren’t prepared in the 3 previous hours, given that they knew patients were coming back to pick them up. A long queue of people was told the same, after having waited in the shop for a while. That included elderly and poorly. When I pointed out that I was unwell and the prescription was urgent and overdue, they threw the prescription at me saying that I could go wherever I wanted. I found the whole lot to be very unprofessional and uncaring. I have asked GP not to send my prescriptions here again.

So rude. Everytime. Whether face to face or over the phone. I rang to see if my repeat prescription had been sent by my GP and the response was so rude. Going to request to change where it is sent now.

Not wanting to just be negative but I wouldn't choose to have anything to do with this place. Rude and awkward are 2 words that immediately come to mind at the mention of the name
