Everyone moaned about the woman that used to work there, but she was a saint compared to the guy that works there now! Talks to you like you're a kid, rude, petty, sarcastic to name but a few terms. Terrible service. Bring back the woman all is forgiven
I use the post office alot, I've always had nothing but a positive and happy service from all the staff, especially the lady who runs it. It gets busy at times sure, everywhere does but patience is a virtue! Can't say anything bad about the place, lovely service, my parcels are always sent with care and timing- I've had no issues picking up (make sure to bring Missed mail card and ID to make it go smoothly) Opens way earlier then most post offices and closes late. Perfect for the village Hoping it and the staff stay for a long time 5stars from this satisfied customer

The lady at the counter was rude and unpleasant, especially towards my child. She decided to embarrass my child when he picked up some post office price list which was on the display whilst I was talking to her. He didn’t make a mess or anything. He just likes to observe and read things which we do together when we are outside. Those fliers would’ve been handy for us to keep at home to know more about what kind of services they provide and how much they cost etc considering I have a small business. She didn’t have to snap and tell him off. Won’t be going back there again. Glad I am not the only one who had a bad experience.
