Made a trip to this store on Wednesday afternoon to collect something my daughter was looking for, we phoned ahead from to make sure they had what we were looking for and was greeted a lovely lady on the phone who did not hesitate to answer our questions and help us before we travelled across from wakefield. Great customer service whilst we were in the store and will be using again to purchase my daughters favourite teddy brand

I visited this shop this afternoon and was asked to sanitise my hands on entering. When I refused because I had done so only moments ago in another shop I was refused entry. Not only is this both discriminatory and rude, but totally unnecessary.

Great gift shop always a great selection of gifts. Lovely owner always happy to help and offer a suggestion. Well worth a visit.
