Finding a 'proper' jeweller these days is incredibly hard. Chris is more than a 'proper' jeweller...he's a craftsman. Knowledgeable, helpful, welcoming and friendly. He altered the size of my husband's signet ring. It was perfect, and the service was literally overnight. Great job. Someone you can trust. A rare thing these days.

We went into Orbis Monday, with our wedding rings and engagement ring, needed replating and engagement ring was missing a small diamond and another was chipped and my husbands wedding ring needed reshaping aswell, Chris was amazing start to finish and price was fantastic due to the work needed. Picked them up today and they look like new rings thank you so much Chris, would definitely recommend you to others. Amazing service 👏

Absolutely outstanding service. Went into the shop yesterday for advice on what to do with a tension set engagement ring that kept losing the diamond. Was given some very helpful advice by the owner Chris, on how the ring could be fixed and left it with him who explained it could be a week, which was fine. Received a call today from Chris explaining it was ready for collection, less than 24hrs since I placed it into their care. Over the moon with how it looks, an outstanding job has been done and would highly recommend the store and workmanship. Thank you so very much, one very happy customer. Xx

Visited Orbits over the last 48hrs, Chris the owner is exceptionally welcoming and knows his stuff. I am not the easiest person to deal with as always expecting a bargain. He altered my wife's platinum and diamond ring also cleaned and polished, altered a SOS bracelet and polished her wedding ring. WITHIN 24hrs and Excellent value for work done. Highly recommend 5+++++ thank you Chris.
