I used to really like this place. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was conveniently on my doorstep. However, recently, they’ve hired more staff but seem less helpful. I recently took my fish to be rehomed. The fish had outgrown its tank, and I thought they’d offer store credit since it’s a pricey fish (they charged me £45 for it six months ago). But nothing happened. A bloke just grabbed it and left me standing there in astonishment. I feel ashamed because I’ve spent thousands in this shop and now I have to go to Scunthorpe or Rotherham. On the plus side, I can now get true 0TDS RO water, unlike the 60/70TDS these guys supply. 😂😂😂 Anyway, good luck!

Lots of choice whether it’s fish, tanks, plants, foods and decor! I love going there to have a look round! The staff are all so friendly and the prices are good!

Have been to this shop a few times and its always been a decent place, however I have been today and purchased some large fish and was a little surprised that the staff never questioned the size of tank I had, or what other fish I already had as the ones I was buying can be aggressive and will eat smaller fish also wasn't informed of how big the fish grow which for me is OK as I have already researched but for people that aren't aware maybe the staff should give alittle more information out so people don't buy fish that will outgrow their tank. Over all the shop itself is great and everything is fairly priced.

It's a decent aquatics shop with a very good range of tanks and accessories. Unfortunately this seems to take precedent over the fish. There isn't a massive range of fish and the tanks don't look very cared for. The display tanks look nice and fine though. Big range of marine fish, but again the tanks look dirty and unloved. Great shop that could be better if a bit of cleaning and restocking happened, especially in the marine section.

Great shop with a large amount of stock. All fish look extremely healthy so they clearly know how to look after their fish and coral. Ample parking but not well advertised you would miss it if you didn’t know it was there. Good range of aquariums. Friendly limited staff but I would assume could become a problem if really busy but be patient, my advice would be to try and research what you may need before visiting, this would help busy staff. This was our first visit but won’t be our last.
