Superb trader! I bought a car a few months ago. The second day, I had a problem with the gearbox. The warranty didn't cover the repair. Alan took on the job himself (it wasn't cheap). He didn't try to shirk responsibility, but handled it like a professional. Honest sellers are rare. I highly recommend Alan.
Alan sourced a car for me as a favour by some friends the car is lovely but I had a problem. The warranty didn’t cover. Alan sorted it out paid for it. I couldn’t wish for anything more. Alan is a car dealer with integrity. Both our old cars died in the same week landing us in a real predicament; we were recommended Alan and he was outstanding from start to finish, sourcing us exactly the vehicles we wanted at the right price. Unfortunately, one of the cars had a hidden fault - once this was discovered, Alan worked tirelessly, and at his own personal cost, to resolve the issue. There was no wrangling, no attempt to pass blame or duck out of fixing it, no fobbing us off to a warranty company or trying to avoid the cost. He wanted the car to be right for us, and ultimately he took it to a main dealership to get a replacement part and have it fixed. The experience flew in the face of every stereotype you'll hear about a 'used car salesman' - Alan was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him to anyone as a person who can be trusted - he is professional, courteous and kind - as well as knowing his trade very well indeed.
