I've had to visit another hairdresser to sort out this mess. I paid 98 pound to have a bad hair dye job done. The cut is nice though. Safe to say I won't be going back. 😬 The photos is how I walked out btw.
Blatantly discriminatory against those with disabilities which prevent them from being able to wear face covering. They refuse to let you in and say they do not care about the fact that they are breaking the law. DO NOT use this business. They discriminate against the disabled.
Discriminatory against people exempt from wearing a face covering. Would not even open the door. Said they "don't care" about the Equalities Act 2010, nor the fact that they are in direct violation of Section 6 (Disabilities Discrimination). Avoid at all costs. They have broken the law.
This is an excellent hair salon, excellent customer service and was so happy with my hair, I like the fact that no matter what they still ask you to wear face masks as I still think this is good in every establishment so 10 out of 10, will definitely be using Gatsby hair salon Bedale always no need to go anywhere else I’m totally happy with my experience thank you ladies
Went back here to Gatsbys to have my hair cut she absolutely ruined it cut it all wrong wanted it layers but no she couldn't do it I showed her how I wanted it she said she couldn't do it the way I wanted it. Won't be going back if you have any sense you shouldn't either.
