Lucy did a fantastic job on colour, highlights and cut i received today. I felt very confident in her hands and would highly recommend her. She knew what I wanted. Made another appointment and hopefully will receive the same good service as I experience today, also extremely reasonable price.

Very disappointed! I booked in for an updo for a charity ball, while in the salon I saw her write down the correct date and time. I turned up at the correct time and date and the shop was closed! I called and text and had no response until Tuesday! When she said my appointment was the Friday, I find that hard to believe as surely a small business owner would call or at least text if I missed my appointment. Very upset as the event was that evening I then had to do my own hair very last minute! I will not be using this salon again!!!

Lucy is great, went for the first Time last week for a cut did what i asked for with good follow up advice, then this week she did a brilliant job of putting my hair up for a wedding, would definitely recommend 👌

Visited this salon for the first time for a cut and blow dry. Walking in and a lady a think the manager came to greet me and asked me to take a seat. A good start the only good bit. I sat waiting for my hairdressers and saw the finish / cut she had just done, should of then left. I was invited by I'd say the junior to have my hair washed, this was the most unpleasant and unrelaxing hair wash I have ever had and God knows what she did with my hair as it was like a birds nest and full of knots. After about 5 minutes of towing and pulling the hairdresser had done removed them. By then I had a headache. At last the hairdressers gave me a 30 seconded consultant to what we were doing. A thought after what I have so far experienced I said just a trim. Lovely trim it turned out she had taken well over an inch, great I was growing my hair it use to touch my shoulders now more like a bloody bob. The experience didn't end there, the blow dry consist of her zapping full blast using her fingers as the brush. Then finished with a bottom section with straighteners and then the top. Not even offered a drink or a magazine to top it off. She never ask me if I would like to rebooted thank God as I would not be returning there. And guess what she not only shorted my hair by a Hugh amount it's not even straight and my hair sticks out at the bottom, not sure why but I can not do anything with it I'd guess she used blunt rubbish scissors. I would recommend you avoid no wounder the place was dead for a Friday afternoon me and just two old lady's having rollers put in. Oh and all they could talk about was clowns I nearly told them to shut up.

Can't tell you how happy I am with my experience at Headquarters. After being unhappy with my hair colour for a long time I have tried a good few high end hairdressers but I've never come out with what I have asked for and have ended up very disappointed. I started going to headquarters a few months ago and I love my hair colour and have had so many compliments. The colour covered my grey evenly and the highlights I get are basically touching the root (anyone who gets highlights will know it's very disappointing when you come out of a hairdressers after having highlights and you already have roots). Weeks later the colour is as fresh as the day I got it done and each time I have been the colour has been consistent. The girls are lovely and you are well looked after.
