I wanted to leave a review to recognise the assistance offered, determination and effort to get a great deal, and friendliness and knowledge shown to us by the team at the Travel Lounge. I particularly wanted to say thank you to Emma who sought out the best deal for us, despite numerous changes to the requirements of the holiday, she has been professional and patient throughout the whole process, which has resulted in us booking a dream family holiday through the Travel Lounge. We have booked with them before, and we were delighted with the previous holiday, so why not return when going on holiday again. I can definitely recommend the team at the Travel Lounge to help you find the holiday of your dreams. Thank you.
Super friendly welcome & service from Linda & team this morning, professional attention throughout. Attention to detail / information given. Options explored, many options checked too ~ Booking made n paid π Hard copies & luggage labels too! Mind you 'OCD & Me' we've e-copies kindly forwarded to us too.. We now have our leave booked many thanks for taking the pain out of booking leave also airport parking too for ourselves. We Jolly Well will be back later in the year once the flights to / from Cyprus are better times too π Most 'DIY' I do not do, I always refer to it as 'DI WHY!!' then I get a professional in.. Fantastic service and they really do try hard to find you a holiday which fits your needs and wants. Nice people to do business with and way better than clicking and buying online. They even book your seats and check you in. We've used them before and will continue to use them again. 10/10.
Excellent Service. Pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Good communication between staff. Both before our holiday and sorting some issues out afterwards. Recommended.
