Lovely little shop with a great selection of jewellery and gifts. The owner who served us was able to adjust a bangle to fit my daughter's wrist on the spot, no waiting around. Good range of prices to suit various budgets. Got myself a beautiful Kit Heath bracelet, and some unusual snake earrings for my daughter.

Stopped in Bedale on the way home from holiday. What a lovely place and so happy to have found Silverdale Jewellers! I have large hands and find it difficult to get the style of rings I like. The lady who served us was extremely helpful and I was amazed that I actually had a choice! My husband also bought a leather and stainless steel bracelet which he is very pleased with. We will definitely return.

Used for years and been happy but this time will be the last ..very rude having waited 3 months for sons chain repair .. 1st time told on repairs shut for 3 weeks in summer which was fine and then still had wait till end of sept ..human error it happens however don’t expect to be told as a customer rudely to just accept that .. Lady was very rude on the phone and told me £12.80 for the cost and 3 month wait son went in to collect and charged £14.80 and was incredibly rude .. Will NEVER use again .. I also work at a local business and would never speak to a customer in such a manor and would offer to compensate for the unreasonable service given ..

Whenever I go in, I tell the staff what I am looking for and they always come up with a selection of appropriate items to choose from. I often buy birthday presents for my nieces from there and they always help me select the right pieces. I also sent my engagement ring away through them to be stretched and it was perfect and very reasonably priced too. Love this shop and would always recommend it to people.

The ladies at Silverdale were wonderful! I had a particularly tricky engagement ring that my other half had chosen but was difficult to find a matching ring. Helen and Emma went above and beyond and had a ring custom made to a really high quality. Over the moon! (I’ve added a picture in the photos)
