Absolute show of a 'college' with some staff that leave a lot to be desired. Communication is one sided and similar to pulling teeth. You as a parent and the young person attending college are not listened to or respected. Some Staff blatantly lie and investigations are not conducted fairly or thoroughly. Ehcps are completely ignored and when questioned, the response is that the college can no longer meet need, despite allegedly being a specialist campus for SEND. All staff stick together in order to cause the greatest damage to a pupil they have taken a dislike to, as the pupil cannot and will not mask the traits of a disability, as suggested they do by some staff. A very concerning situation that needs to be addressed by LCC asap. Discrimination is rife here and suspensions are handed out like sweets at a party, with no explanation or 'right' to appeal, this college does exactly what it likes with no responsibility or duty of care shown to the young person. Staff are bullies and Luminate who 'over sees' are absolutely no better, defending actions of staff which are quite frankly despicable. Not the place to send your young person with special educational needs what so ever. Pauline,Nathan and Vicky have a lot to answer for and really should find another career more suited to one victimising students who require extra support and care.

Nice staff but building is in need of some refurbishment, and I prey the words I've heard turn into reality for our daughter, no disrespect but she needs this to be a place where life really starts to change for her, we've had all the fancy talk so many times before and it hasn't worked so time will tell, but time is running out, our daughter will soon no longer be a teenager.
