Fancied somewhere a bit different from the usual chain restaurants at Leeds White Rose so decided to try Bianco Lounge and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. It was a hot day so the doors had been fully opened keeping it nice and cool although there is also outdoor seating if you prefer. Food was lovely and reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed it and will definitely visit again!
Some great points are the friendly welcome and service at bar. Turkey tacos were excellent. My wife felt portion of Boxing Day Pork was too small but taste was really good and they are goint to consider this. No one checked if we were happy during the meal and only provided cutlery after the food came. Not had this at other Lounges. We all have off days and I wonder if being at a big retail park affects the offering. Will still go back as food is excellent and that's what is most important.
Went for a late lunch here with my sister and niece on Friday 9th Jan. Just wanted to write a review to say how amazing the member of staff was who served us. So friendly and clearly very good at his job. Refreshing to see top notch customer service. And food was brilliant as well!
We went for tapas but most dishes were unavailable but you don’t know this until after you have sat and picked. Freezing cold 🥶 in restaurant. Pots not cleared away. Ordered deserts and choz bum was stale and terrible value for money but was my son’s 18th . Very disappointing family meal out.
Sausage sandwich on brown bread was very dry & unappealing. My son had pancakes with bacon & syrup which was far to well done although he said it was ok but not as nice as the last time he visited. The plus is, it's lovely decor, the staff are pleasant & the coffee was lovely. They provide colouring things & toys for the children which is a nice touch. Will try again maybe & different food choice next time though
