Please STOP selling refried chips (found it couple times earlier) and no exception today before ordering and requesting it to give me fresh fries still no luck!! When a customer raise their concern please learn to take the feedback in a positive way rather than being rude to them. Don't forget it's the customers who pay your wages. You guys make some good decent food too. But the cashier's attitude today was very appalling. He wants me to just take the burger & leave the chips forgetting that I bloody paid for a meal! There are some decent people work here who are friendly and nice too. But this dude living in his own world!! Simply arrogant & ignorant!!

My friends and I love this place. Restaurant-quality food, home-style care, at takeaway prices. We had DELICIOUS well-cooked lamb and chicken (grilled and fried), rainbow rice and crispy fries, fresh salad, cheese rings, and "the best burger I ever had". Will take pictures next time, forgot to take pics because we're so excited to eat everything. Highly recommended, our new favourite takeaway x

Never Been treated with such disrespect the guy scoffed when I added something to my order he also shoved the bag in my hands after i repeatedly told him no bag I have been coming for years but now this was over the top. They also leave the food waiting in the warming area for like 6 minutes before handing over the food and the guy at the front is just scrolling and laughing at his phone. Also every time I have chose to sit in and eat by my self they become so rude as if there isn’t someone sitting or eating they just act like your not there. Also food came out raw pinkish once for my burger but stuff like that happens but the quality over all has just dropped. Also the chicken fillet is so dry you would have better odds eating a belt than that.

First time ordering from HFC and honestly never again. They sent the wrong order( order pictured below) , and when I called the shop they just said “what can we do?” and told me to contact Uber, then hung up. The Uber driver swore that’s the only order he was given. Both sides were rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care.

10/10 best grilled wings in Leeds! Maybe a sweep of the shop floor would be good, but we went during a busy time and they were very busy. This is the only branch that does their own garlic mayo- really nice. The staff there are always super nice. Lemon and herb grilled wings are the best.
