Absolutely delicious! So yummy, the best Chinese I've had in ages. Made and collected within 15 mins of ordering, boiling hot. Prawn crackers and fortune cookies with a set meal. Tasty and not greasy, it tasted fresh and light! 😋 I can see they've recently improved their food hygiene rating too which is great!! 💪
Food took over 90 minutes to be delivered. When it was eventually delivered, we were missing a portion of chips. Called them straight away to let them know. Half a hour later, still no chips. Call them to ask and get told the driver has them for delivery. Another 30 mins goes by and I get a call asking if I still want the chips to which we declined. No offer of refund and just a simple sorry from them. First time ordering from Dragon Palace and definitely won’t be ordering again as the service is terrible.
Nice food! Piping hot. I got the shredded crispy chicken with salt and pepper chips. Chips could do with some more veg like onions and carrots and and a bit more spice if dish was eaten seperate But because I put my dish on top it was spicy enough I did have to ring and chase up my order though which made me think they made and sent straight out. For Wednesday night I don't know how busy the Chinese is. But satisfied with my dish will order again.
Can never get an order correct even when you collect it. Tastes like yesterday's chips and no flavour to the chow mien at all. Waste of 30 quid
Doesn’t even deserve a one star for the service I’ve recieved tonight, ordered for first time as we have been told it is a lovely Chinese by a few. The driver rang me to ask me for my postcode and asked why I had given the wrong address I apologies and said that this must of been a communication barrier over the phone as I had to repeat my post code a few times, driver then refused to bring our food! Ring the Chinese up and all I get is oh okay sorry about that response to their driver refusing to deliver to us? Appalling service.
